Will these cards ever exist in an Extended-Art Foil version?

There has been much speculation online that these cards weren't omitted by chance. The fans' guess is that these cards will show up in their Extended-Art foil versions in future products, as Wizards of the Coast frequently plans details like these pretty well for their sets, particularly for what could be the biggest set of the year.
